We aim to please each and every customer. We are a service based not product based company. Therefore, we can not give 100% full refund however; if the client is unhappy after the 2nd draft is reviewed by client a 25% refund will be offered to the client. Communication is very important in each project and if the client fails to communicate in a timely manner (one week) after the second draft is emailed to the client then the project will be considered complete and no refund will be given.
We require a 50% deposit before services can begin unless you are a hardship client. This 50% deposit is applied to your invoice. We can schedule the 2nd payment up to one week after the deposit is made. However; we are flexible and can extend that time if you request it.

Company policies – Our new Refund Policy takes effect July 9, 2020. Also, please refer to the client agreement that you received when you signed up for our services for any other policies. At times, we may need to request assistance from another Professional Resume Writer who is either part of not a part of our organization to help us with completion of your project to meet your expectations. If you do not consent for another writer to help please submit that you opt out in writing. We take your privacy very seriously.
